Once your payment method is confirmed or payment is received, your order will be processed for shipping. Except for pre-order drops, orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

Most of our products are produced in Portugal and Türkiye with the use of high quality and sustainable fabrics. The products undergo several quality, color and wash tests to ensure a long durability. Most of our products are ready-to-ship, which means that the shipping starts 24-72 hours after receiving your order. Pre-orders usually take 4-6 weeks until they are individually produced and shipped to the customer.

If you have any issues with your purchase, when it comes to fitting, quality or anything else, feel free to use our return portal for a quick and easy return. After inspecting your return or exchange we will issue a refund to the original payment method as soon as possible or send out the exchanged product.

Important: We can only accept returns of products, which are unworn, unwashed & in original condition. Also, the return request has to be sent within 14 Days of receiving your order.
